We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns

Return Window:

  • Returns and exchange are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

• • Only size exchanges are accepted (not change of design or product)
•  

  • 1st Resize: Resizing fee is FREE (Customer covers return shipping to us).

•  

  • 2nd Resize Onwards: RM 30 service fee per ring + customer covers two-way shipping fees.

• • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
•  
  • We will provide instructions once your exchange request is approved

 

 Damaged or Wrong Items:

• • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

• • We will replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
