Return Window:

• • Returns and exchange are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

• • Only size exchanges are accepted (not change of design or product)

Conditions:

• • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

• • Customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs for size exchange

• • We will provide instructions once your exchange request is approved

Damaged or Wrong Items:

• • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

• • We will replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
